MERRITT | Quilted Jacket with Daisy Elise

I'll admit I was a little wary ordering from a company I'd seen on Facebook, but the whole thing was straightforward and the parcel arrived when they said it would.

I originally ordered a different size, but when it arrived it was too big for me. I contacted customer service and they sorted it out really quickly. A new size was sent out and arrived not long after. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the whole process was, and I’m very happy with the jumper now.

I did contact customer service with a delivery question and got a helpful reply the same day. I bought these because I wanted something a bit smarter but still comfortable, and they do the job well. Very happy with them overall.

Such an easy dress to wear. It falls beautifully without clinging and I felt comfortable in it all afternoon. Lovely colours as well and I actually felt really confident wearing it.

I wasn’t sure which size to go for, so I emailed customer service before ordering. They were really helpful and pointed me in the right direction.

Really pleased with this jacket. It’s wonderfully light but still keeps me warm, and it doesn’t feel bulky when I’m wearing it. I’ve already had a few compliments on the colour too.

This is exactly what I wanted for everyday wear. Soft, lightweight and so easy to throw on. I love the colours too, they make even a simple outfit feel a bit more put together. Delivery updates were clear as well, which I always appreciate.
