SHIPPING POLICY

At Merritt London, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Every order is sent with Track & Trace, so you can easily follow its journey from dispatch to delivery.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order has been confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You can check the status of your order at any time through our Track Your Order page.

Simply enter the email address used for your order and your order number to view the latest tracking information.

Please allow a short period after receiving your dispatch confirmation for your tracking information to become available.

 

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY

We offer Free Standard Delivery across the United Kingdom on all orders.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, Standard Delivery usually takes:

3 to 6 business days

Every order is sent with Track & Trace, allowing you to keep an eye on your delivery throughout its journey.

 

DELIVERY PROTECTION

For extra peace of mind, you can optionally add Delivery Protection for £2.99 to your order.

If your parcel is lost in transit or your order arrives damaged, Delivery Protection gives your delivery issue priority handling and immediate replacement.

Simply contact us at info@merrittlondon.uk with your order details. Once we have the information reasonably needed to confirm the delivery issue, we will arrange a replacement without requiring you to wait for the standard carrier investigation process.

We may ask for photographs or other relevant information where reasonably necessary if an order arrives damaged.

Delivery Protection is an optional additional service and does not replace, restrict or reduce your statutory consumer rights. Customers who do not purchase Delivery Protection continue to have all rights and remedies available to them under applicable consumer law if an order is lost, damaged or not delivered.

Delivery Protection applies only to the order for which it was purchased.

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Need your order sooner? Express Delivery is available for a small additional charge, clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

Express Delivery is estimated to arrive 4 to 7 days sooner than Standard Delivery.

The available delivery options and applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

 

DELIVERY DELAYS

We always aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery times above. On rare occasions, circumstances outside the normal delivery process may cause a delay.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please make sure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to help, although changes may no longer be possible once your order has been dispatched.
